About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Freelance Customer Support Representative to provide evenings and weekend support. This fully remote role is perfect for individuals who want to supplement their income while helping customers get the support they need during off-peak hours. Training will be provided, so if you're eager to learn and have great people skills, we'd love to hear from you. This position is offered as a freelance contract, with the possibility of renewal depending on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and professional customer support via chat on seller centers (Shopee, Lazada & TikTok) across Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Log interactions and maintain accurate records using our support system.
  • Uphold service quality and response time expectations.
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Based in Malaysia with a reliable internet connection.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written); Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with navigating platforms.
  • Able to commit to the scheduled hours consistently (alternate weeknights & one weekend every week).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and dependable, especially in a remote setup.
