About the role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to join our dynamic team at MBf EV AUTO SDN BHD in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. As a Customer Relation Executive, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer enquiries and requests through various channels (phone, email, chat) in a professional and efficient manner
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers about our products and services
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on unresolved cases
  5. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  3. Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry
  4. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  5. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Excellent time management and multitasking skills
