  • Handle full-set accounts for multiple business segments (retail, events, education, wellness travel, charity)
  • Prepare timely monthly and annual financial statements using accounting systems (e.g., Xero, SQL, AutoCount)
  • Ensure financial records are compliant with applicable standards and tax regulations
  • Monitor sales (online/offline), event revenue, and donations
  • Track event expenditures, and department-level budgeting
  • Handle daily cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations
  • Oversee client billing and vendor payments
  • Follow up on collections and manage vendor/supplier relationships
  • Prepare and submit SST, corporate tax, and relevant government filings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (LHDN, KWSP, SSM, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency between sales records and actual stock
  • Claims, Payroll & Employee Records Support
  • Coordinate with admin/HR on monthly payroll, EPF/SOCSO, and staff reimbursements
  • Strengthen finance-related SOPs, especially for mobile/retreat/event sales
  • Recommend improvements for operational and financial efficiency
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary

  • Prepare documentation and respond to queries during audits

  • Ensure every payment is properly documented, justified, and strictly adheres to company policies and approval limits

  • Work closely with relevant departments to validate supporting documents before disbursement
