Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design new lighting products that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally superiorCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to bring your designs to lifeConduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform the design processProduce detailed technical drawings, prototypes and 3D models to communicate your design ideasEnsure designs adhere to all relevant safety, regulatory and sustainability standardsSupport the launch of new products by providing design expertise and guidanceRequirements:Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Designer, preferably within the lighting or consumer electronics industryRequired language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.Strong understanding of design principles, materials, manufacturing processes and production constraintsRequired skill(s): Auto Cad, Adobe Illustrator, SolidWorks & Photoshop software.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectivelyCandidates staying near Semenyih/Kajang (travel < 20km) are preferred.
