Key Responsibilities:

Design & Visual Creation

  • Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital platforms (social media, website, email, ads, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Assist in branding and rebranding efforts, including brand identity assets.

Content Creation

  • Create engaging short-form and long-form content (graphics, videos, motion, reels, stories).
  • Repurpose content across platforms to maximize engagement.

Social Media & Digital Support

  • Support day-to-day content production for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with all internal departments to develop content calendars and visual strategies.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in digital design, content creation, or a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design and content work.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with content tools like Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar.
  • Experience creating social-first content (especially video, motion, reels, stories).
  • A strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout.
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a good sense of current digital trends.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Photography or videography experience is a must.
