The company

An international technology firm is seeking an accomplished business leader to establish and lead its Malaysia branch, driving strategic growth across Southeast Asia. This newly created position offers the opportunity to build a regional presence from the ground up while shaping the company's long-term success in the market.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies aligned with global objectives.


• Build a high-performing local team and establish robust operational and governance frameworks.


• Lead business development initiatives and cultivate strategic client and partner relationships.


• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, and performance management to ensure sustainable growth.


• Leverage deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to expand solution offerings and strengthen partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements


• Proven leadership experience in business management, market development, or regional operations within Southeast Asia.


• Minimum of three years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (sales, implementation, or solution delivery).


• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.


• Demonstrated ability to establish and grow new business units.


• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
