We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to lead and manage a sales team in driving property sales performance. The role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with external stakeholders to ensure smooth end -to -end sales processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.Develop sales duty rosters and incentive schemes to encourage team performance.Build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies to expand market reach.Liaise with solicitors on Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and other legal documentation.Coordinate with bankers to facilitate end -financing, loan applications, and resolve related issues.Implement and monitor sales promotions/packages to support sales campaigns and group targets.Oversee leasing activities, including agreement renewals and tenant matters.Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and submission of paperwork for management and finance approvals.Engage with relevant authorities and institutions to comply with statutory requirements and regulations. RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in property sales, real estate, or related industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and motivate a sales team.Good knowledge of property sales processes, end -financing, and related legal documentation.Established network with bankers, solicitors, and real estate agencies will be an added advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proactive, result -driven, and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with sales reporting and documentation.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
