Assist Senior Admin Manager oversee and handling of administrative supports functions such as canteen management, company vehicles management, asset management, security management, housekeeping management, license and permit management.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of the office, and coordinating with various departments.
- Assist Senior Admin Manager to develop, review and improve current administrative policies, procedures and guidelines and monitor its effectiveness.
- Assist Senior Admin Manager to develop and continuously improve the Safety and Health policies & procedure, to ensure compliance with local regulations and to promote a safe working environment.
- Monitor and track closely all company vehicles' road tax, lorry permit, puspakom and insurance expiry date for renewal purpose and to ensure renewed in a timely manner before expiring.
- Monitor and track closely all company business license, permit; hostel and chemical poison, certificate and policy insurance expiry date and to ensure renewed in a timely manner before expiring.
- Monitor and track closely all company machinery certificate of fitness (CF), insurance expiry date for renewal purpose and to ensure renewed in a timely manner before expiring. Also, services done accordingly.
- Assist in organizing company activities such as Annual Dinner, Company Trip etc.
- Any others duties assign by superior or Head of Department.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
