Job Description:

The admin executive reports directly to the director of Pacific Speech Therapy and Learning Centre from time to time. He/she will be working closely with Heads of Departments to ensure efficient service delivery, whilst driving continuous improvements.

-Responsible for effectively managing all branches operational processes and resources, and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

-Manage appropriate staffing, ensure safety standards and SOP are adhered to, implement appropriate strategies and actions to retain a motivated workforce.

Requirements:

-Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Sciences, Psychology, Education, HR, Marketing and Business Management.

-Minimum 2 years of working experiences in related field.

-Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

-Additional credit for Mandarin speaking candidate.

-Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

-Own transportation
