KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
  • Support batch hiring initiatives to ensure timely and efficient recruitment for high-volume roles.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels, job platforms, social media and networking to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Engage in employer branding activities such as career fairs, recruitment open day and networking events.
  • Ensure accurate records of recruitment activities, including tracker updates and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support onboarding efforts to provide a positive experience for new hires.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Superior as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and people engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good interpersonal skills, with excellent command in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and cope in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Immediate availability - able to start from November 2025 onwards.
