What is the role about?

Training and Development

  • Identifying training needs within the organization.
  • Coordinating and facilitating training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.

Employee Relations:

  • Addressing employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Assisting in conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Assisting in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Supporting managers and employees in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

  • Staying updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's practices align with legal requirements.
  • Handling documentation related to employment contracts, terminations, and other HR-related matters.

Employer's Ambassador:

  • Represent the company at job fairs and university events.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Compiling HR-related data and generating reports for management's review.
  • Analyzing trends and patterns to provide insights for decision-making.

Policy Development:

  • Assisting in the creation and updating of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring policies are communicated effectively to employees and followed consistently.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu.
  • Familiar with the Employment Act 1955 & HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

This position is based at our HQ—The Ascent Paradigm, Kelana Jaya.
