We're seeking a dedicated
HR Generalist
who enjoys working with people, ensuring compliance, and supporting a positive workplace culture. This role offers the chance to contribute across both operational HR and employee engagement, making a real impact on our organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately, records are well-maintained, and statutory requirements are met
  • Be the trusted point of contact for HR inquiries while safeguarding confidentiality
  • Stay updated on Malaysian HR and employment legislation to keep us compliant
  • Partner with managers and departments to support staffing and HR needs
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
  • Support the HR Manager in driving HR initiatives, employee engagement, and culture-building activities


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in Human Resource administration or a related role
  • Proficiency in payroll software (cloud-based or standalone) is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour legislation and HR best practices
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to speak & write in
    Mandarin
    , English and Bahasa Malaysia for reporting purposes
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
