What You'll Do:

-Lead MIPR6 Progress Updates – manage the full process from data collection and verification to inputting in MIP, calculating progress across multiple calibers, preparing reports, and compiling supporting documents for MRL review.

- Coordinate monthly MIP updates, ensure all reports and presentations are accurate, timely, and insightful.

- Guide site planners in developing DIPs and ensure full compliance with project and organizational standards.

-Handle adhoc planning, monitoring and reporting tasks as required to keep projects on schedule and aligned with objectives

-Share planning insights, data driven observations & best practices to enhance team efficiency and overall project performance

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within large-scale infrastructure project

- Proficiency in Primavera P6.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail.

- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Immediate availability or short notice period will be an added advantage.
