  • Monitor all the VM status for Gold ATM using CMS alarm alert, CCTV, in-house application and admin portal.
  • Regular inspections and troubleshooting, finding the root cause and reports on breakdown, schedule for maintenance with vendors and PB.
  • Provide L2 technical support for CS in group chat to solve problems including dispenser issues, alarm, digital lock and screen issues.
  • Work closely with MIS (IT Teams) from WPG & MPG to provide necessary support.
  • Working with PB by following their time on arriving to do replenishment or maintenance work, disarm, remote control and adjustment to CCTV & recorder.
  • Arrange PB schedule for daily assignment, petty cash claims.
  • Clear dispense issue on void/timeout order following SOP and complete complex operations under different conditions.
  • Maintain good relations with vendors and provide necessary support.
  • Always ensure compliance with company policies and procedure on VM maintenance and control.
  • Liaise and follow up with GHL on refund & payment process.
  • Handle and solve issues outside of working hours especially at the weekend.
  • To undertake the special assignment, ad-hoc functions and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical support, operations, or field servicing is advantageous (open to all experience levels).
  • Basic knowledge of electronics, or networking preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to tasks.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
