Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and promoting mobile phone products in a retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their mobile experience. The Sales Executive will also manage inventory, conduct product demonstrations, and stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for technology are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and achieve sales and growth targets set by the company


• Identify customer's needs and identify new business opportunity.


• Continuous learning on latest product knowledge and brand strategy.


• Visit and make sales calls with clients following company procedure.


• Establish and maintain strategic relationship with key customers.


• Provide market insights to align with company business development.


• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.


• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Build market knowledge in terms of product potential, pricing structure & competitor activities.


• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

Requirements:


• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.


• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for technology and mobile devices.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
