Summary

Our growing company needs an experienced and resourceful Sales Representative to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We are seeking individuals with a strong track record of creating long-term value for organizations within Corporate Sales. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions within an evolving industry landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business opportunities for Company by providing IT solutions and services, and build strong relationships through effective lead engagement.
  • Drive business growth by achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong rapport with targeted markets/industries. Identify and propose value-adding ideas using company Telecom solutions.
  • Establish new relationships with industry enterprises to generate sales opportunities and develop tailored business solutions.
  • Gather business intelligence on market trends to strengthen the company's competitive position—both for specific deals and strategically across the industry.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Product Sales, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Sales Operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience with strong background in business development.
  • Proven ability to sell IT solutions to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively.
