Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing hiring processes, ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in hiring and team management
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers
  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize restaurant operations
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
