I. Finance
A) Accounting Functions
· Manage source documents and perform all accounting tasks to prepare a full set of accounts (including AR, AP, GL, Cash & Bank, Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.).
· Conduct monthly account verifications and reconciliations (e.g., bank statements, customer and supplier statements, and other reconciliations).
· Prepare accounting schedules.
· Generate payment vouchers, including staff payroll-related vouchers.
· Submit e-invoices and self-billed e-invoices.
B) Financial Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management reports and financial analyses, including:
o Monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports for the parent company.
o Reporting schedules as requested by the parent company.
o Hyperion reporting.
o Management reporting of key financial metrics.
o Updating of Cash flow reports to management for forecasting
o Monthly rolling forecasts to reflect current business conditions and project status
o Annual Budgeting and 5-Year Planning:
o Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process, working closely with relevant departments to consolidate and present budget proposals
o Coordinate and develop long-term financial plans aligned with strategic goals
C) Taxation
· Handle computations and filings for corporate tax, SST returns, and withholding tax.
· Address tax-related queries and liaise with tax agents and auditors to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
· Preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation.
D) Statutory Reporting
· Prepare statutory reports and ensure timely regulatory filings.
· Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
E) Other Key Responsibilities
· Conduct regular project cost and profitability review with project teams
· Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal control policies and compliances
· Ensure adherence to group finance and accounting policies, including group approval matrix
· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
· Experience in internal control
II. Administration
· Oversee HR and payroll matters.
· Manage office infrastructure, including assets and leasing arrangements.
