Position Overview:

Reporting & Dashboard plays a key role in supporting production operations by managing data reporting and dashboard systems. This role ensures timely and accurate visibility of production performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. The position contributes directly to operational transparency and efficiency across the production floor.

The successful candidate will support manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate and timely reporting of production data, performance metrics, and process deviations. This role involves compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and quality. The Production Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production schedules, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate production data from MES, ERP, and manual sources (excel, etc).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as build plan, output, yield, efficiency, downtime, scrap and cost.
  • Generate or prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly production reports for internal and external (if required) stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with Production [Execution, Planning, Training and Engineering (MES and Production Engineer)] teams to identify reporting needs and improve report or dashboard usability.
  • Support automation and digitalization initiatives related to production data reporting.
  • Assist in preparing data for management reviews, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Assist in preparing URS (user requirement specification), project timeline and liaise with Analytics Engineer for Spotfire Dashboard Reporting.
  • Performs other duties depending on the business needs.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with MES, ERP, or other production systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience in dashboard design and reporting automation.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identify reporting gaps.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting tasks. Passion for data and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements (if applicable):

  • Primarily office-based with occasional visits to the production floor.
  • Requires sitting for extended periods while working on a computer.
