About the role

Revo Global Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team in Kedah. As a full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
  2. Manage and coordinate all logistics activities, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control
  3. Analyze supply and demand trends, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting, planning, and decision-making processes
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve supply chain operations
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
  7. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior supply chain management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
  3. Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations and delivering measurable results
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong attention to detail
  5. Proficient in data analysis and utilization of supply chain management software and tools
  6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
