About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced SCM Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team at ALPHAESS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Kedah. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end logistics operations for our thriving Import/Export & Customs business.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and oversee the flow of goods, materials and information between our company and its suppliers, customers and other stakeholders
  • Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders and other logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient import/export processes
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and optimise warehouse management
  • Analyse logistics data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support the implementation of supply chain management strategies and policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics-related issues
  • Provide regular reports on logistics performance and KPIs

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations and logistics operations
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
