About the role

MU WAREHOUSE SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Kedah. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's marketing and communications initiatives to support our ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns and strategies to promote the company's products and services
  • Overseeing the creation of engaging content across various channels including website, social media, and email marketing
  • Managing relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets
  • Analysing marketing performance data and making data-driven recommendations to optimise campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Budgeting and forecasting for marketing activities to support the company's financial goals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Proficient in project management and budget planning
