Location: Kuala Lumpur

Contract: 6-Month Contract

Salary: Starting amount RM3,500

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.45am – 5.45pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Trust & Wills Operations Executive to support the daily operations of will drafting, document management, and client servicing. You will play a key role in ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, amend, and finalise wills using approved templates.
  • Manage safekeeping, custody, tracking, and retrieval of wills.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, agents, and internal teams.
  • Review legal documentation related to wills and trustee services.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate and complete documentation.
  • Prepare operational and management reports.
  • Assist in workflow improvement, automation initiatives, and system enhancements.
  • Conduct and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Train and guide new team members when needed.
  • Provide backup coverage for team members as required.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Administration or related fields.
  • Experience in estate planning, wills/trust operations, legal documentation, or financial services is an added advantage.
  • High attention to detail with strong sense of confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling documentation-heavy tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
