Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing

  • Promote and sell assigned medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential accounts within the assigned territory.

2. Product Knowledge & Support

  • Develop deep understanding of product features, clinical benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Provide accurate product information and respond to medical or technical inquiries from clients.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as product launches, conferences, and exhibitions.

3. Territory & Account Management

  • Plan and execute regular visits to assigned hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and submit timely activity reports and market updates.
  • Work closely with distributors, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.

4. Training & Education

  • Provide product education and clinical support to doctors, nurses, and medical assistants.
  • Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on medical developments, product updates, and clinical studies.

5. Compliance & Ethics

  • Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, Nutrition, or related life sciences.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in medical sales, product promotion, or clinical support (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of medical or pharmaceutical products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within assigned territory.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
