Job Responsibilities

  • Visit potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements, quotations, and contracts.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales deals effectively.
  • Provide feedback to management on market developments and customer demands.
  • Prepare daily or weekly sales visit reports.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pending deals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Attend sales meetings, product training, and marketing events as required.
  • Any other work deemed important by the manager.
  • Expectations: Handling existing accounts to get started but main motive is to find new business
  • Region in charged: Kuala Lumpur and Selangor

Requirements

  • Sales experience: minimum 2 years (towards heavy engineering, oil and gas, automotive, aerospace)
  • Background: preferred technical background (either studies or work) and basic knowledge of castor wheels
  • Yes, the candidate must have experience in B2B, outdoor meeting clients.
  • Language: English & Mandarin
  • Education background: Diploma preferred
