What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our MCPTT (Mission-Critical Push-To-Talk) sales team. This role is based in our Kuala Lumpur office and is open to candidates with ideally around 2-5 years or more of tech- or industrial-related sales experience.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and play a key role in developing sales pipeline, monitoring sales performance, managing projects, and overseeing both inside and outside sales activities in the Malaysia market.

What You Will Do:

· Track and prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for the MCPTT product line.

· Monitor and update the status of key projects and accounts on a weekly basis.

· Conduct inside sales for the Malaysia market, including lead generation, follow-ups, and customer communications.

· Assist the Sales Director with ad hoc tasks, such as preparing presentations, managing data, and coordinating meetings.

· Maintain and update the CRM system with sales activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and plans.

· Provide administrative support, including scheduling, organizing documentation, and handling correspondence related to sales activities.

What We Are Looking For:

· Ideally around 2-5 years of experience in enterprise and/or inside sales.

· Experience handling technical or industrial or electronics products targeting enterprises

· Ability to track and analyze sales performance data.

· Experience in handling multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Access to personal transport is preferred to support client visits and on-site activities.

· Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal.

Additional Helpful Experience:

· Experience with MCPTT or telecommunications products is a plus but not required—you'll learn with us

· Knowledge of the Malaysian enterprise/government market is a strong advantage.

· Besides native Bahasa Malaysia and business-level English, additional fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be a big advantage
