Key Responsibilities:

Green Building Compliance

  • Ensure all site activities meet green building standards and certification requirements (e.g., GreenRE, LEED). Coordinate documentation and liaise with consultants for certification audits.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Management

  • Monitor IAQ parameters during construction and post-completion, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Prepare IAQ reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.

ISO 14001 Environmental Management System

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 procedures, including conducting internal audits, preparing reports, and supporting external audits.

Scheduled Waste Management

  • Oversee proper handling, storage, and disposal of scheduled waste in compliance with DOE regulations. Maintain accurate records and submit scheduled waste reports.

ESG Reporting

  • Collect data and prepare reports for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance, including sustainability metrics for Bursa Malaysia requirements.

CSR Event Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives such as environmental campaigns, community engagement programs, and sustainability awareness activities.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to local environmental laws and maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 to 2 years experiences, fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Advantage: CEPSWAM certification
  • Eligibility: Open to Malaysian citizens only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
