About The Job
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 15 years of experience in the property industry, with a focus on sales performance and team leadership.

Demonstrated success in driving sales across a range of developments, including luxury and affordable residential, as well as commercial projects.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.

Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
