Account Assistant
For a leading staffing company, we are seeking an Account Assistant to support our client's Finance team. This role involves coordinating daily communications with clients, ensuring timely delivery of reports, and managing both internal and external communications. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of providing administrative support to enhance the team's efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to the team's success
What you will Do?
- Assist the team in managing day-to-day client communications and follow-ups effectively
- Maintain accurate reports and records of client information and updates consistently
- Coordinate internal team tasks, timelines, and deliverables based on client requirements
- Prepare basic client reports and status updates to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Handle general administrative duties related to account and project coordination efficiently
Your Skills
- Possess a minimum qualification of SPM or higher educational attainment
- Have 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing in Mandarin for effective communication
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks
- Show proficiency in MS Office applications, enhancing productivity and efficiency
Benefits
- Salary range between RM 2,500 and RM 3,500, reflecting experience and qualifications
- Office-based working location with standard hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday
- Statutory contributions including EPF, EIS, and SOCSO as part of the employment package
- Annual leave entitlement of 8 days, allowing for personal time and rest
- Performance bonus and salary increment based on individual and team achievements
