Responsibilities
Responsible for sales performance reports by channel, region, and distribution.
Ensure the distribution matrix is achieved.
Manage collections, DSO, budget monitoring, and A&P spending to stay within company targets through regular report updates.
Provide support to the sales team with necessary updates, follow-ups, and status tracking for distributor and key account agreement safekeeping.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food or household products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with good analytical ability.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
