Summary:

The Early Childhood Educator provides a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment where children can develop cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. The educator plans and implements lesson plans and classroom activities, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. This role may include leadership and functional supervision of teacher's aides or assistants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and deliver developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs for children aged two to six years.
  • Plan and implement a curriculum that supports curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving aligned with children's developmental levels and learning styles.
  • Prepare and maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment that encourages both individual growth and positive group interaction.
  • Supervise and guide children in daily routines and educational activities, modeling appropriate behavior and social skills.
  • Maintain open, cooperative communication with parents and families, encouraging their involvement and supporting positive home–school relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
