What you'll be doing?
  • Provide support: Offer on-site and remote technical assistance to customers using our automation equipment.
  • Diagnose issues: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software problems efficiently.
  • Minimize downtime: Implement corrective actions to ensure equipment operates smoothly and reduces interruptions.
  • Support installation: Assist in the installation and commissioning of automation systems to ensure proper setup and functionality.
  • Perform maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance and health checks to maintain equipment in optimal condition.
  • Document services: Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for all technical interventions.
  • Train customers: Provide training on equipment operation and safety to ensure customer confidence and compliance.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in automation, machinery, or technical support roles.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting (Siemens / Mitsubishi / Omron) and the ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for field service support as required.
