  • Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, networking, and generating leads to expand the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Utilising deep knowledge of focused industry to identify and attract top talent.
  • Consultative Approach: Providing expert advice to clients and candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and market trends.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating fees and securing business, while adhering to pre-agreed parameters.
  • Market Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Potentially leading and mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
