Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts cum HR Executive. This role plays a crucial part in managing financial transactions for our Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full set of accounts including daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and proper filing of supporting documents.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice issuance, payment follow-ups, and vendor payments.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash flow records.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in management reporting when required.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions.
  • Assist with tax matters, including SST submission, audit schedules, and liaising with auditors or tax agents.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide administrative and finance support to management and other departments as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and confidentiality of financial information
  • Administer employee benefits and HR policy compliance.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure labor law compliance.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

· Proven experience in accounting and financial management.

· Knowledge of payroll and government statutory payment practice will be an added advantage.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Experience in the automotive and/or service industry is a plus.
