Responsibilities:

  • Generate New Business: Research the food industry trends, find new leads, and contact potential clients to pitch solutions.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Serve existing clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales & Operations: Work to meet sales targets for products, coordinate deliveries, and ensure payments are collected on time.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Handle General Tasks: Perform other relevant duties assigned by management.

Desired Skills and Competency Requirements:

  • Core Sales & Marketing Skills: Knowledge of marketing communication, channel management, and a strategic, sales-focused mindset.
  • Technical & Industry Knowledge: Understanding of food ingredients and food chemical products, their applications, and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Key Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure, and a good team player.
  • Essential Practical Requirements: Must have strong presentation and negotiation skills, be computer literate, possess own transport, and be willing to travel.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Basic Demographics: Open to male or female applicants aged 23 and above.
  • Education: Must hold at least a Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (on the job training will be provided)
  • Languages: Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Chinese is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
