Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Manager in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
- Fully manage Cross-Dock and B2B operational activities within the warehouse.
- Oversee delivery planning in the Cross-Dock, ensuring all shipments are handed over on time.
- Forecast workload, monitor productivity, and maintain quality standards of operations.
- Supervise and participate in stocking product; plan storage locations to maximize space utilization.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through routine follow-up and customer service communication.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring shelves, pallets, and workstations are organized and orderly.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
- Foster cooperative and constructive relationships with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on Cross-Dock and B2B activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum in Diploma is required.
- 3 to 5 years of previous warehouse or logistic experience is preferred.
- Excllent personality with strong leadership skill in handling opeartion team.
- Independent in managing task and ability to drive operatio team in achieving operation output.
- Excellent in communication and able to work with various department.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
