About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the organisation's accounting, reporting, and financial control functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity in all financial matters. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic financial institution and work closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting processes.
  • Support internal financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct variance and trend analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and assist in audit preparation.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to the finance department as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the banking, investment, or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
