Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying
· Taking orders, preparing delivery order, checking purchase order from customers and issuing invoice
· Perform data entry
· Assist in resolving any administrative problems
· Answer enquiries, receive customers' complaints and coordinates with sales and deliveries
· Maintain an efficient control system of records, invoices and delivery orders
· Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
