TMF Group looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to the join the team

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment which includes managing the approval process, sourcing, interview coordination, offer & on-boarding processes.
  • Source candidates through industry networking and direct headhunting
  • Build strong pipeline of talent whilst keeping up to date with market trends and analysis.
  • Ensure cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent.
  • Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Create partnerships with top universities and drive social media branding.
  • Be part of a key member of the global recruitment team to roll-out best in class processes and recruitment programs.
  • Understands TMF Groups' business lines and any relevant local regulatory requirements.
  • Plans, coordinates and manages internal and external tasks to deliver results in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Manages internal and external stakeholders' expectations with regards to delivery, escalation concerns as appropriate.
  • Builds credibility across all stakeholder groups.

Key Requirements

  • Candidate possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant
  • Have at least 1-2years of relevant in Talent Acquisition or HR.
  • Able to develop and implement creative sourcing methods and build professional networks to attract potential talents.
  • Possess good communication with the ability to work with stakeholders.
