Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and independent Graphic Designer to lead all design initiatives for our property sales and marketing promotions. This role requires someone who can translate our brand vision into compelling visual content across various platforms, ensuring our properties stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging marketing materials for property sales, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, banners etc.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that drive leads and sales.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D visuals, layouts, and renderings for promotional purposes.
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects independently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated with design trends, property marketing innovations, and digital tools to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
  • Occasionally assist in event branding and on-site marketing visuals for property launches and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in property development, real estate, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing design requirements (social media, web ads, email campaigns).
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing a mix of creative and marketing-oriented designs is required.
