Job Description

The Role

Support the research operations at SEEK to drive efficiency and impact of research practices, making it easier to connect with customers and maintain customer-focused working methods. Report to Research Operations Lead alongside Research and Design Operations peers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Independently analyze challenges, identify opportunities, and create improvement proposals
  • Initiative Ownership: Lead key projects like developing participant recruitment panels to make research more efficient and scalable
  • Resource Development: Create guides, templates, and resources to empower design team's independent research conduct
  • Change Management: Drive adoption through cross-functional collaboration, communication, training, and ongoing support
  • Tool Management: Explore, onboard, and maintain research tooling including automation and AI capabilities
  • Team Development: Support research and technical capability growth through learning programs
  • Operations: Manage day-to-day tasks including incentives, vendor coordination, and customer recruitment guidance

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Previous senior role experience with operational responsibilities (coordination, program management, administration)
  • Proficient English language skills

Desirable

  • Demonstrated experience driving efficiencies through process and tooling optimization
  • Research or product design team experience (advantageous but not required)
