Are you passionate about connecting people and building thriving communities? Join us as a Community Growth Manager and play a key role in expanding and engaging audiences across the Hong Bao Media group of companies.

In this dynamic role, you'll attract, engage, and grow vibrant member communities through multiple channels — from digital campaigns and newsletters to virtual and in-person events. You'll work closely with Marketing and Sales to nurture prospects, drive retention, and transform engagement into long-term loyalty.

What You'll Do:

  • Build, engage, and grow online and offline communities across various platforms.
  • Plan and execute community events, both virtual and physical, to connect and activate members.
  • Lead community campaigns including newsletters, messaging, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to convert leads into active members/customers.
  • Brief and coordinate content creators (internal, freelancers, or AI-driven) for impactful marketing assets.
  • Track and analyze performance to optimize growth and engagement strategies.
  • Manage community communications and respond to customer chats.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience in community management, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
  • Strong skills in campaign organization and execution across multiple channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, interpret, and optimize performance data.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tools.
  • A natural communicator who loves building relationships and fostering engagement.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative — able to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience in SaaS, community-driven platforms, or event management is a plus.
