Your Role:

  • Provide a welcoming and friendly shopping environment, assisting customers in selecting outfits, accessories, and styling options.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and collection details to offer expert advice and recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
  • Maintain the store's visual standards by arranging displays and ensuring the merchandise is attractive and well-organized.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking shelves, and processing deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • A strong interest in fashion trends and styling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Enthusiastic about achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
