Our operations run on cloud-based systems, driven by SOPs, KPIs, and a relentless pursuit for future market demand.

We serve a wide range of events, from Government, Corporate, SMI, SME and Grand Weddings to Private Parties. We also operate food trucks, restaurants, cafes and event halls by expanding our footprint in the F&B industry in Klang Valley.

Now, we're looking for creative and analytical Marketing Executive to increase our brand visibility in both online and offline for acquiring future sales.

JOB FUNCTION:

• Develop and implement diverse marketing strategies to increase brand presence in online and offline that attracts our future customers.
• Consistently engage with existing customers in social media to create awareness about promotions and discounts of our services as well as our CSR projects.
• Focus on increasing sales through creating strong online presences that is align with the company's vision, mission and culture.
• Monitor and forecast monthly marketing related expenses to reduce unnecessary costs and improve financial efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Navigate the marketing team with AI oriented, tailored marketing strategies for each customer segment to create outstanding online brand presence.
• Work closely with Sales team to understand about how well the online contents been perceived by the market.
• Consistent engagement with Sales team to design promotions and ads that boost our brand and attract the right customers.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team to set SOPs and KPIs for online marketing purpose.
• Ensure the social media marketing approach always maintains congruency with the future market demand.
• Keep our cloud system updated with the marketing related progress to stay on track and find any gaps which needs to get fixed.
• Come up with CSR project ideas and campaigns to run to ensure we give back to the community.
• Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as needed by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidates will be confident in leading the AI marketing and steering the company's brand presence to be strong to increase the reputation of KPR. The candidates must possess the requirements below:

• Minimum 2-5 years related working experience in food & beverage industry.
• Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with an intense sense of ownership.
• Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced unstructured environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and various levels.
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, fluent in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Previous experience managing multiple F&B outlets' marketing team is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Creative AI thinking
• Preferably able to start work within short notice.
