Human Resource Intern

As HR Intern, you will be under the Talent Management team. Mainly to assist the full cycle of the recruitment process, new hires onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
You will be responsible to:
- Assist in liaising with hiring managers to understand the job responsibilities and requirements.
- Perform the full cycle of the recruitment process including job posting/talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and conducting integrity checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Responsible for preparation and follow-up on hiring documentation, i.e.: offer letter, personal documentation etc.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including conducting orientation to newly hired.
- Assist in Talent Acquisition activities including employer branding activities, internships, career events, etc.
- Provide administration support such as filing and organizing recruitment files.
- Participate in HR projects and engagement and culture initiatives.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by superior to support team and department needs.
Requirements:
- Min CGPA 3.0 and above in Bachelor's Degree of Human Resources Management or any related field.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Possess own transportation.
