Job Summary:

This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and interns.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and company engagements.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and organizing relevant data.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks such as preparing letters, filing, and documentation.
  • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and policies to support HR initiatives.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
