Position Overview:

As an
HR Intern
focusing on general functions, you will support the full spectrum of HR activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive HR experience while directly impacting our team's success.

Responsibilities:

·  Assist with administrative work such as drafting letters, memos, etc.

·  Create, maintain, and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and status changes.

·  Assist in processing monthly payroll and claims, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.

·  Contribute to various HR projects and process improvements.

·  Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by the superior/ management

Requirements:

·  Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

·  Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply internship for up to 6 months

·  Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·  Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills

·  A valuable team player and able to work independently

·  Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay

·  Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

·  Possess own transport and willing to travel

Allowance: RM 1,000
