About the Role
We're looking for a
solution-driven Business Development Manager
with experience in consultative selling—someone who understands how to position
value-based technology solutions
, not just products.
You'll identify customer pain points and work closely with our tech and product teams to deliver tailored display and media solutions that help clients meet their communication, branding, or monetization goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target strategic accounts in sectors such as retail, transportation, F&B, hospitality, and education.
- Understand client challenges and propose customized digital display and media solutions—spanning hardware, software, and services.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across marketing, operations, and procurement.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and forecasts.
- Stay current with market trends in digital signage, CMS platforms, and smart retail technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2
years of B2B solution sales experience
—ideally in digital signage, AV, smart retail, ICT, or SaaS platforms. - We will consider fresh graduate with potentials.
- Proven ability to sell integrated solutions (hardware + software + services).
- Strong consultative selling skills—ability to diagnose client needs and translate them into solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong network in key industries (Retail, QSR, Mall Operators, Corporate, Transport) is a plus.
- Willing to travel for meetings, events, and regional projects.
