岗位职责
- 负责公司人才招聘工作,包括需求分析、职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及录用跟进等;
- 维护和拓展招聘渠道,优化招聘流程,提高招聘效率;
- 组织和参与各类招聘活动,如社招、校招、人才市场、线上招聘会等;
- 负责招聘数据的统计、分析,并定期汇报招聘进展,提出优化建议;
- 维护人才库,建立和保持与潜在候选人的良好关系;
- 协助优化公司招聘制度、流程及相关政策,提高招聘体验;
- 参与其他与招聘相关的人事项目,如雇主品牌建设、人才测评等。
岗位需求
- 学历要求:本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先;
- 工作经验:1-3年招聘相关经验,有互联网、技术类岗位招聘经验者优先;
- 技能要求:熟悉各类招聘渠道及招聘流程,具备良好的面试技巧和甄选能力;
- 沟通能力:具备良好的沟通协调能力,能与各部门高效对接招聘需求;
- 抗压能力:能够适应快节奏的工作环境,具备较强的执行力和责任心;
- 熟练使用办公软件(如 Excel、Word、PPT)及招聘管理系统;
- 具备数据分析能力,能够根据招聘数据优化招聘策略者优先。

Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment process including needs analysis, job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up on hiring.
- Maintain and expand recruitment channels, optimize recruitment processes, and improve hiring efficiency.
- Organize and participate in various recruitment activities such as social recruitment, campus recruitment, job fairs, and online hiring events.
- Collect and analyze recruitment data, regularly report recruitment progress, and propose optimization recommendations.
- Maintain talent pool and build strong relationships with potential candidates.
- Assist in optimizing company recruitment policies, procedures, and related processes to enhance the recruitment experience.
- Participate in other recruitment-related HR projects such as employer branding and talent assessment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of recruitment experience; experience recruiting for internet or technology positions is a plus.
- Skills: Familiar with various recruitment channels and processes, with strong interview and candidate selection skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and coordination abilities to effectively liaise with multiple departments on recruitment needs.
- Pressure Resistance: Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with strong execution and responsibility.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PPT) and recruitment management systems.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze recruitment data and optimize recruitment strategies is preferred.
