Manage and execute the full cycle of recruitment activities.
- Increase and diversify the channels to access the talent pool.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fill recruitment gaps.
- Build up and maintain good relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
- In charge of the onboarding process.
- Other ad hoc tasks may be assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in handling recruitment activities or talent acquisition.
- Organized, efficient, able to work independently, and meticulous about details.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has critical thinking skills, is responsible and a team player.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
